The Mill at Anselma has teamed up with Maysie's Farm Conservation  Center and the Anselma Farmers and Artisan Market Association to create  the Market which will open June 4. &amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;The Farmers Market will take place  every Wednesday from 2-7 p.m. at the Mill's location on Rt. 401, 1/2  mile west of Rt. 113 in Chester Springs.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;The Farmers Market will feature  farm fresh and organic produce from the following local farms: Maysie's  Farm CSA, Goose Creek Farm, Brogue Hydroponics, Long Lane Produce,  Grace Growers, Vollemecke Orchards and Stoltfus' Farm, including  strawberries, early tomatoes, yellow and green beans, eggplant,  heirloom vegetables and later in the summer and fall - sweet corn,  raspberries, peaches and applies. Sandi's Breads and Whole Hearted  Baking Company will offer baked goods. Also available will be  pasture-raised beef from Cressbrook Farm, organic cheeses from Shalom  Farms and Birchrun Hills Farm, Hobo Ed's fresh roasted coffee and  dinners-to-go by Cooking for Real. Artisans include Bob Bauer's  Metalworks and Stonefield Soaps. Stone-ground flour and cornmeal milled  at the Mill at Anselma, including products milled from organic grains,  will also be available for purchase.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;  	         	    	         		  	         		  	         		&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;  The Farmers Market will feature educational outreach programs and  hands-on activities that offer information on sustainable agriculture,  promotion of school gardens, farm-to-school programs and whole food  nutrition.
